As usual, the feature auction event will be held at the Dalrymple Saleyards, Charters Towers on Tuesday 7th February, immediately following the conclusion of the Big Country Brahman Sale, expected to be 1:00pm. We identified this draft of bulls during 2011 to be specially kept for our Charters Towers Sale and we are confident they are the best Sale selection that has left home for Northern bull buyers. Ten bulls are in the 25 to 29 months age bracket while a tremendous line of 30 younger bulls, 18 to 22 months, show the desirable weight and finish for age, structural soundness and sexual maturity indicators to warrant strong paddock performance immediately this breeding season. The significant demand for quality poll seedstock is catered for by the inclusion of 10 poll bulls in the Sale, and the popular Red Factor bloodlines are available in six of the lots on offer. |
